Nestled among the wineries in Niagara County, our small farm has been family owned and operated for 4 generations. We are as devoted now as ever to supplying locally grown food products for Western New Yorkers who need to know where their food is coming from. Our specialty is pastured poultry products. Our birds are all pasture raised. Abandoning the conventional mindset that chickens and turkeys need to be raised in containment houses to survive. The truth is that secure portable shelters are more than enough to keep them safe and give them a quality of life far above any house raised bird. These birds live their entire lives being moved onto fresh grass daily. They are given ample space and a constant supply of clean air that supermarket supplied animals could only dream of.
